After the Delhi Red Fort blast, CM Yogi Adityanath placed Uttar Pradesh on high alert and ordered strict security measures statewide.
Following the blast at Delhi’s Red Fort on Monday evening, which killed at least eight people and left several others injured, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed that the police force be placed on high alert, intensive checking be initiated, and security arrangements across the state be strengthened.
He obtained details of the incident from Director General of Police Rajeev Krishna, said officials.
